Processing Time Every MooWeeStudio piece is made to order. The full creation process—including custom design, your approval, printing, hand assembly, quality checking, and packaging—typically takes 5–7 business days. Shipping time is not included. We will send your digital design proof by email for approval before production begins.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping Time We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after your order has been completed and shipped.

Shipping Origin All MooWeeStudio portraits are designed, handcrafted, packed, and shipped from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

MooWeeStudio covers all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and import-related charges for orders delivered within the United States. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges upon delivery.

The total displayed at checkout, including any applicable sales tax and discounts, is the final amount charged to the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@mooweestudio.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
