Processing Time All MooWee pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a digital preview for approval before we begin production.
Shipping Time
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MooWeeStudio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
