Refund & Return Policy
No Returns on Custom Orders Due to the highly personalized nature of our handcrafted shadow box art, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Each piece is uniquely made to order based on your photos and specifications.
Damaged in Transit If your shadow box arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wentaoluo61@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will ship a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.
Design Revisions We offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions during the digital preview stage before printing and hand-assembly begins. Once you approve the final design, production starts and no further changes can be made.
Photo Changes You may change your photo at any time before our designer begins working on your order. Once the design process has started, a new photo will count as one revision.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before the design process begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at wentaoluo61@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
