How do I send my pet's photo?
After placing your order, you will receive instructions on how to send us your pet's photo.
For the best results, please provide 1–3 clear and well-lit photos of your pet. We recommend photos where your pet's face, markings, and unique features are easy to see.
What kind of photo works best?
We recommend choosing clear, high-resolution photos taken in natural light.
Photos with your pet's face, eyes, colors, and unique features clearly visible will help us create the best custom design.
Please avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos for the best result.
Can I include multiple pets in one frame?
Yes! We can create a custom shadow box featuring multiple pets together.
Whether they are furry siblings or beloved companions, we can combine their photos into one meaningful artwork that celebrates the special bond they share.
Multi-pet designs are welcome, and there is no additional fee for including multiple pets. If you have a special idea, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How is my custom pet portrait created?
Each portrait begins with your pet’s photo. We create a custom digital design, print the artwork in separate layers, carefully cut each layer, and assemble everything by hand to create beautiful 3D depth. Every piece is made to order and customized for your pet.

Creation Process
How long does the creation process take?
The entire process usually takes 5–7 business days, including custom design, your approval, crafting, quality checking, and packaging.
After we create your custom design, we will send it to you for confirmation before production begins.
Please note that shipping time is not included in the creation timeline.
Can I approve the design before production?
Yes! After completing your custom design, we will send a preview email for your review.
You can share your feedback or request adjustments before we begin production. We will only start creating your shadow box after you approve the final design.
What if my pet has passed away? Can you create a memorial piece?
Absolutely. We can create a personalized memorial shadow box from a clear photo of your pet. Each piece is thoughtfully designed, printed in separate layers, carefully cut, and assembled by hand.
You’ll receive an email preview to review and approve before production begins.
Orders & Support
Do you ship within the United States and how long does delivery take?
Yes, we currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery takes 7–14 business days after your order has been completed and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
What is your return or after-sales policy?
Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to changes of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, approved claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I send this directly as a gift? Will it include an invoice?
Yes! We offer gift-friendly packaging. Simply provide the recipient's address at checkout.
We never include pricing information or invoices inside the package.
