Step 1: Send Us Your Favorite Pet Photos
The first step is choosing the photo or photos you would like us to use.
You only need 1–3 clear, well-lit photos of your pet. A phone photo is absolutely fine—as long as your pet’s face, ears, coloring, and important details are easy to see.
A front-facing photo or a natural, gently angled photo usually works beautifully. Step 3: You Receive a Design Preview by Email
Before we print, cut, or assemble your physical artwork, we send you a design preview by email for approval.
This is an important part of the MooWeeStudio process. It gives you the opportunity to review the overall design and make sure you feel happy with the direction before production begins.
Please take a moment to check your email after placing your order, including your spam or promotions folder if needed. When you receive your proof, review it carefully and reply with your approval.
We do not begin physical production until your design has been approved.
That way, you can feel confident that the final portrait is being made from a design you have seen and loved.
Step 4: Your Portrait Is Made Layer by Layer
After your approval, we begin the hands-on making process.
Your custom design is printed in separate layers, then each layer is carefully cut and assembled by hand to create depth inside the shadow box. The raised layers create dimension that a flat print simply cannot offer.
The result is a portrait that feels more alive and personal from different angles. You can see the spacing between the layers, the dimensional details, and the care that goes into bringing the design together.
