How do I send my photos?
After placing your order, please email your pet's photos along with your order number to us at mailto:wentaoluo61@gmail.com
What frame sizes are available?
We offer premium wooden shadow box frames in various sizes: 8", 9", 10", 12", and 16". Please refer to the specific product page to choose the perfect size option.
Can I include multiple pets in one frame?
Absolutely! We love creating multi-pet family portraits. Simply select your desired color and size on our "Custom Multi-Pet" page , and email your pets' photos (either together or individual shots) to mailto:wentaoluo61@gmail.com
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, high-resolution photos taken in good, natural lighting work best.
How long does the design process take?
Our designers will create a unique custom illustration for your pet. The digital design stage typically takes 1-3 business days. We will email you a preview for approval before proceeding to the physical crafting stage.
Can I request modifications to the design?
Yes! We offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions during the digital preview stage before we print and hand-assemble your piece.
How long does the crafting process take?
Once you approve the artwork preview, the intricate multi-layered paper-cutting and hand-assembly take 3-5 business days. Each piece is carefully handcrafted with zero automation to ensure premium quality.
What is your return or after-sales policy?
Due to the highly personalized nature of custom art, we cannot accept returns or refunds once production begins. However, if your shadow box arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will ship a brand-new replacement for free.
Do you ship worldwide and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change the photo after placing my order?
You can change your photo at any time before our designer begins working on your order. However, if the design process has already started or completed, swapping to a new photo will count as a revision.
Can I send this directly as a gift? Will it include an invoice?
Yes, our shadow boxes make wonderful gifts! We never include price tags or invoices in any of our packages. If you'd like to include a gift message, please email the text to mailto:wentaoluo61@gmail.com. We will write it on a beautiful handwritten gift card and place it inside the package for you.
Do you offer rushed production or express shipping?
We sincerely apologize, but to maintain the highest quality of our handmade art, we do not offer rushed or express services at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How should I clean and maintain my shadow box?
Our art is enclosed inside a premium acrylic window, which perfectly protects the delicate paper-cut layers from dust. To clean, simply wipe the outer frame and glass gently with a microfiber cloth. Please keep the shadow box away from direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent color fading.
Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple orders?

Will the colors of the final product match my screen perfectly?
Since we use real physical cardstock to layer and assemble your 3D art, colors may vary slightly from what you see on a digital screen due to different monitor calibrations and natural lighting. Rest assured, we carefully select archival-quality paper to ensure the most vibrant, long-lasting color results.
